Measured Building Surveyor

This is a terrific opportunity for an aspiring Measured Building Surveyor, to join a well-established, highly reputable, family-owned business, providing professional and bespoke measured surveys for both commercial and domestic clients.

ROLE:  LAND SURVEYOR / MEASURED BUILDING SURVEYOR

SALARY:  up to £38,000 basic with benefits, bonuses, overtime opportunities, pension, free parking, home office / remote working option, mileage/out of pocket expenses, ongoing training, realistic career prospects, modern office.

HOURS:  Full time, Permanent.

Working as part of a friendly, dynamic team of surveyors, you will be involved in multiple projects, producing floor plans, sections, and elevations of buildings for clients with land and building assets, using the most up- to-date, innovative technology to conduct accurate surveys, in one or more of the following:

* Measured Surveys

* Land & Topographical Surveys

* Laser Scanning Surveys

* Area Surveys

Ideally, with an understanding of foundational surveying and Measured Surveys, you will be experienced in AutoCAD, laser scanning / point cloud processing and Microsoft Office, possibly Photogrammetry or 3D modelling/ Revit.

A professional qualification in one of the following subjects would be fantastic:

• Land Surveying
• Measured Building Surveying
• Geomatics
• Civil Engineering
• Surveying and Mapping Sciences
• Geographic Information/ Data Science
• Mapping & Geospatial Data Science
• Surveying, Mapping & GIS
• CAD Engineering.

You will either have Measured Building Surveying experience or a Land Surveying background.  Previous or current jobs may be as a Measured Building Surveyor or Land Surveyor, Measured Surveyor, Land / Geomatics Surveyor, CAD Technician / Draughtsperson, Land Surveying Engineer, Land and Building Surveying Engineer or Surveyor.
